A few weeks back I asked him to join the Outbound Outliers squad… but with a twist. Let's get Tim to show us his Heisenberg stuff or, in plain English, his atypically creative campaigns. Needless to say, Tim delivered.
He's got this whole lead magnet distribution system and uses LinkedIn outreach as his go-to channel. Through this approach, he builds lasting credibility. Many of his message respondents eventually convert into clients.
The stats are backing it up. We're talking 30-50% connection acceptance rates and 15-25% reply rates. But wait, it gets better - his best campaign hit a whopping 45% acceptance rate and 26% reply rate from 1,051 leads.

First move you ought to make is to pick one persona that has one specific problem and then figure out the ideal lead magnet for them.
Tim has a very strict rule when creating lead magnets.

Another thing that’s important to outline here is the fact Tim has 4 follow-up messages. Why? Because life happens. Sometimes people don’t respond because they opened your message while they were on a Zoom call and somebody asked them a question while they were reading your message. We’ve all been there, right? 😛
