Considering a LinkedIn automation tool to streamline your outreach and generate leads? Then this Dripify review might be just what you need.

In this article, I’ll dive deep into everything Dripify has to offer—from its functionalities and pricing options to user experience. I’ll also analyze its strengths and weaknesses to help you decide if it's the right fit for your LinkedIn outreach strategy.

Dripify at a glance

Dripify is a LinkedIn automation tool for lead generation and prospecting. It takes over the repetitive tasks and automatically sends personalized connection requests and follow-up messages based on pre-written templates. You can customize all these templates with details like the prospect's name, company, or mutual connections.

Also, Dripify lets you create multi-step "drip campaigns" – automated sequences that nurture leads over time. You can schedule messages to go out at specific intervals, keeping your company name fresh in the prospect's mind without overwhelming them. It tracks performance metrics, so you can see which messages resonate best and fine-tune your approach for even better results.

At least it was cool to watch the animation with the guy flying on the rocket while waiting:

Pros:

  • Automates LinkedIn outreach tasks
  • Handles all steps of LinkedIn outreach
  • Extracts contact info from LinkedIn profiles
  • Easy to use with a great interface
  • Provides valuable learning materials

Cons:

  • Expensive for agencies with multiple subscriptions
  • Lacks integrations with other marketing tools (no API)
  • Too slow in particular operations
  • Difficult to manage multiple accounts in campaigns

Dripify feature overview

If you're in sales or marketing and spend a lot of time building connections and nurturing leads on LinkedIn, Dripify could help a lot. It defines your ICP and creates automated outreach campaigns accordingly. These campaigns involve sending connection requests, personalized messages, and follow-ups—all on autopilot.

Dripify features advanced search filters, built-in analytics, and an integrated inbox. Speaking of analytics, Dripify’s capabilities are pretty good, delivering deep insights into campaign performance, subscriber behavior, and engagement metrics.

It also provides excellent resources and courses that welcome you right from the start, which is super helpful for beginners.

1. Complete LinkedIn outreach tool

After putting it through its paces, I can say that Dripify provides almost everything you need for LinkedIn outreach in a very clear and intuitive dashboard.

Let me take you through its main features, highlighting what impressed me and where I see room for improvement.

Drip campaigns

Creating campaigns is pretty intuitive and I had no particular issues here. The first step involves importing prospects. Dripify lets you import data from LinkedIn or CSV files.

I chose to import prospects from a LinkedIn search URL, naming it 'CEOs'. After pasting the link, Dripify gave me the option to fetch 100 profiles by default, but it’s possible to increase this number to a maximum of 1000.

Next up is creating a sequence. Here, you get to pick the type of action you want to take. I chose the Lead Generation sequence, and a roadmap popped up showing me exactly what outreach steps would happen and when.

You can tweak messages and adjust the timing between steps and change the actions if you want. Once you finish customizing your sequence, you reach the last step.

In this step, Dripify lets you refine your target audience. You can exclude leads already in other campaigns, with limited profiles (no photo or small network), or free LinkedIn accounts.

When you return to the campaign dashboard, you'll see its status and the number of prospects in the pipeline.

Analytics

Dripify tracks key metrics like acceptance rate and reply rate for each campaign. You can also see the creation date of the campaign.

It allows you to see how many leads are in each stage of your outreach funnel, including “In Progress,” “Completed all steps,” “Awaiting,” “Paused,” “Failed,” and “Blacklisted.”

Dripify analytics

It uses a color-coded system to signify different stages of your outreach sequence. For instance, green represents "Profile followed," pink indicates "Accepted," yellow signifies "Responded," and so on.

This makes it super easy to track your progress in the statistics section and see your journey mapped out on the graph, which I think is pretty cool.

Overall, I'm satisfied with its analytics, and most importantly, it's intuitive without too much confusion (compared to some other tools you use for the first time).

Inbox

Dripify's Smart Inbox organizes all your conversations with leads in one place, so it’ssimple to use. You'll see unread messages highlighted so you can respond quickly. Other LinkedIn messages won't clutter your inbox, keeping it focused on leads only.

You can also search for specific conversations, mark important ones, and archive the rest. Each conversation includes the lead's profile info and notes you can add. You can also attach files and use emojis to personalize your messages.

But honestly, when comparing it with HeyReach inbox, I see some things that could be improved. HeyReach's Inbox has better filters to ensure you never miss a response and lets you reply on behalf of others, which isn't possible in Dripify. Additionally, HeyReach's Tags and Filters improve conversation tracking and provides better organization.

LinkedIn Scraper

In your Leads tab, you'll find all the detailed info about your leads and you can sort them by actions, filter by the campaign, add notes, and more. Exporting itself is straightforward—just head to the Export option and choose CSV format.

You'll get a file packed with helpful details: full names, company info, positions, connections, emails, phone numbers, and website URLs.

Managing multiple accounts

Adding more LinkedIn accounts into the mix can pose some challenges. Firstly, it drives up costs as each account requires its own subscription plan. Moreover, managing multiple subscriptions means dealing with different billing cycles and features, creating a logistical nightmare. Also, it lacks auto-rotation of senders, necessitating manual switching between accounts.

To use multiple accounts, you need to follow specific Dripify protocols like using separate Chrome instances and IP addresses for each account, and honestly, this process is quite burdensome.

While Dripify streamlines some aspects of LinkedIn outreach, the lack of automated account rotation leads to inefficiencies and increased workload.

That's why HeyReach gets another thumbs-up in this area.

2. Multiple LinkedIn steps

Let’s now go through a breakdown of Dripify's LinkedIn actions you can take:

  • Send a connection invite with a personalized note
  • Set up a sequence for if the request is accepted or rejected
  • Like a post
  • View profile
  • Follow profile
  • Endorse skills
  • Send a personalized message
  • Split the sequence based on whether the message is viewed or replied to
  • Send a follow-up message
  • Time delays (e.g., 5 days)

More or less, they cover everything you need.

3. Dripify integrations

Dripify integrates with tools like Hubspot, SalesForce, Zoho CRM, Asana, and Google Sheets through either a custom webhook or by using Zapier, Automate, Make, and other integration tools.

This extensive integration list is a definite advantage. However, one drawback is the inability to leverage custom API to build powerful integrations. This is something that puts an edge for HeyReach as it allows you to do powerful custom workflows. For example:

  • Automatically identify anonymous website visitors and connect with them on LinkedIn in seconds using RB2B
  • Enrich your data and scale personalized LinkedIn outreach by connecting with Clay

4. Awesome UX, awesome knowledge base

The Dripify dashboard has a clean and uncluttered interface and everything’s well organized. The most important information, such as the user's name, campaign status, and recent activity, is displayed at the top of the screen. The navigation bar is located on the left-hand side of the screen, and it provides easy access to all of the features.

The dashboard uses data visualization to present information in a way that is easy to understand. For example, the campaign status is shown using a progress bar, so users can quickly see how their campaigns are performing.

The campaign dashboard displays the user’s active campaigns and gives them information on the list, the number of CEOs on the list, the reply rate, and the date it was created. Then moving to the Leads dashboard, everything is still super simple and intuitive without unnecessary details.

This dashboard displays lead profiles, including names, job titles, companies, and locations. There's also a search bar, which is helpful because it eliminates the need to find a particular prospect manually. Also, if you want to add a team member, it’s all completely intuitive—just enter their email, select the role, and wait for them to accept it.

And one of the best things about Dripify is its comprehensive knowledge base to support users in effectively using the platform. They offer clear, step-by-step guides on LinkedIn automation features and tools. All instructions are crafted to be beginner-friendly yet comprehensive enough for advanced users.

Besides the written guides, Dripify has a bunch of video tutorials too. Each tutorial walks you through specific tasks, features, practical demos, and handy tips.

Also, when you sign up and log into Dripify for the first time, you’ll get an initial video tour of all the important features and tools on Dripify.

Onboarding videos cover:

  • Understanding the dashboard
  • Creating effective LinkedIn automation campaigns step-by-step
  • Measuring campaign performance and understanding team metrics
  • Smart Inbox functionality
  • Dripify integrations with other apps

5. Dripify pricing

Dripify offers a 7-day free trial and tiered pricing based on a monthly fee per user:

  • Basic Plan: $59/user/month (advanced dashboard+reports, complete performance automation)
  • Pro Plan: $79/user/month (Drip campaigns, daily quotas, advanced reporting, automation, A/B testing, personal inbox, integrations, and lead export)
  • Advanced Plan: $99/user/month (includes all features listed in the Pro plan + team management and activity control)

Pricing is where HeyReach has an upper hand, particularly if you're running a lead generation agency or a sales team that needs to scale LinkedIn outreach effectivally. Unlike Dripify, which limits features based on the package, HeyReach offers unlimited sender accounts and features for one flat monthly fee.

HeyReach offers a special agency plan for higher volume needs that includes: fixed monthly price, API access, Webhooks, and White Label.

Overall, Dripify's pricing plans are decent compared to pricier software, but they could improve by offering more features, especially in the lowest $59 package, as its limits are quite restrictive.
