Before you invest your precious dollars into a LinkedIn automation tool to get bunch of new leads — read our detailed La Growth Machine review to know if this is the right tool for for you. Especially if you want to keep costs low without compromising on quality while scaling.
I've tested out the tool and explored its features, and now I’m breaking down everything from its strengths and weaknesses to its pricing.
And if you stick around till the end, I’ll reveal some scalable and affordable La Growth Machine alternatives that offer more or less the same capabilities.Â
La Growth Machine at a glance

La Growth Machine is a prospecting tool that automates sales outreach on email, LinkedIn, and X (previously Twitter). Its key appeal is its powerful sequence builder, data enrichment capabilities, and unified communication for team collaboration.
Like most outreach tools, its automation capabilities handle all repetitive tasks like sending connection requests, follow-ups, and multichannel sequences, giving you extra time to focus on high-value, personalized outreach.Â
Because they offer a two-week free trial, I decided to try out its features.Â
The setup was quick and straightforward, and the interface was quite intuitive. It made it really easy to import leads and launch and manage multiple campaigns quickly.Â
Their 30 ready-to-use templates, built from analyzing their top user campaigns, are incredibly practical for conducting outreach across LinkedIn, X, and email. Its ability to implement complex campaign sequences is also quite impressive.Â
Moreover, LGM lets you create custom sequences. Though this feature only comes with their highest-tier plan, they were kind enough to let me try it out during my free trial—upon request.
On the other hand, I found this feature offered in all of HeyReach plans. No need for any additional requests.
Furthermore, I found that, in some ways, LGM goes beyond basic prospecting by integrating features like Magic Messages (AI-driven content), automated voice notes, and calls into its sequences.Â
So based on my iteration with this sales automation tool and user reviews I found over the internet(you can doublecheck yourself on Capterra, G2, Softwer Advice and other), these are the core strengths and weaknesses of La Growth Machine:
LGM Strengths:
- Automates prospecting campaigns and allows multichannel outreach on email, LinkedIn, and X (previously Twitter), all with a single tool.Â
- Centralizes responses from multiple channels into a unified inbox, making it easier to track and respond to leads and supports multi-user access for better team collaboration.‍
- Automates LinkedIn steps with a visual sequence builder, handling not just connections and follow-ups but also smaller actions like profile visits and creating automated voice notes.‍
- Integrates with Hunter and Dropcontact to automatically gather and enrich leads for better insights and targeting.‍
- Personalizes your messages with their AI content writing capabilities with plenty of options to add a human touch to your interactions.‍
- Offers detailed real-time insights into campaign performance, pretty much mapping the entire customer journey. You can track every prospect's interaction and visualize their journey to identify what works best and then refine your outreach.
LGM Weaknesses:
- Hardly scalable: Lack of auto-rotation of LinkedIn accounts makes it hard to scale by limiting the number of profiles you can visit and contact without flagging your account. This part bugged me the most since HeyReach automatically rotates your team's LinkedIn accounts for quicker results.Â
- Expensive to scale: Seats are expensive, per se, and to scale your outreach or speed up, expect to invest more with every additional seat. What’s more you’re limited with number of campaigns you can run simultaneously
- Unavailability of API and integrations for small businesses: API and Zapier integrations starts being available with PRO, while Pipedrive and Hubspot integrations are only available in the high-tier plan, which can be quite a stretch for smaller teams.
- No ease of use beyond basics: LGTM has a steep learning curve, especially if you want to build complex sequences and unlock the tool’s full potential
La Growth Machine features overview

LGM's automation features and multichannel capabilities maximize your outreach efficiency with minimal input. It works well for business development agencies and consultants who want a solid tool for automating client outreach whether inbound or outbound.Â
You can use its advanced sequence builder and AI-driven messaging templates to create tailored and personalized touchpoints from start to finish.
LGM’s smart capabilities also make sure you reach your target audience where they’re most active—every time.Â
Plus, you can manage multiple client accounts and campaigns and track performance metrics deeply, all in one place. However, have in mind that this will take a big bite out of your budget.
For B2B sales teams focused on LinkedIn, LGM’s integrations are a game-changer for enrichment.Â
Now, let’s get specific and dissect its core features, one by one.
Multichannel prospecting
La Growth Machine’s multichannel capabilities are truly comprehensive, to say the least. You can easily reach out to leads using one, two, or all three platforms.Â
You can set up multichannel sequences that start on one channel and augment your campaign by creating touchpoints on other channels. What it does for your campaign is multiply your contact points to increase the chances of engagement and getting responses.Â
Helpful thing is that you don’t need to analyze your performance separately for each channel; LGM consolidates all interactions from LinkedIn, X, and email into one centralized dashboard.
In one view, I can see which channel generates the most responses and adjust my campaign accordingly.

When it comes to LikedIn (one of the most important places for outreach), it automates everything from connection requests and DMs to follow-ups.
It even takes care of the little stuff like profile visits, post likes, and profile follows to help you warm up leads and then reach out strategically.Â

And if you’re worried about LinkedIn limits, it’s good to know that LGM integrates LinkedIn limits into its default automated actions to keep your account from getting flagged.
So, stick to the tool’s recommended settings to stay safe.

Basically, LGM keeps you safe by simulating human-like activity (using AI) to introduce variations in actions like profile visits and connection requests.

Sequences also incorporate email and X to increase engagement. However, I personally found X to be more of a warm-up channel for me, where I could warm up leads with follows, DMs, and retweets and then get into deeper conversations using the other two options. But that’s just me! You do you.
Coming to personalization, LGM offers advanced tools on all three channels to make your outreach more impactful.Â
One such tool is Magic messages where AI customizes your content based on specific details about each prospect, like their job title, industry, company size, and recent interactions, to create even cold emails that are more likely to get responses from leads.

This obviously makes the whole process mostly automated, saving you a lot of time. However, I’d still recommend you edit and tailor the content to better suit your tone, message intent, and audience. You never want to risk sounding too AI.
Talking about taking multi-channel to another level, LGM also lets you add phone calls and LinkedIn voice messages to your outreach campaigns. You can add scheduled calls as tasks to any sequence, which pauses the automated flow until you complete them manually.Â

With voice messages, you don’t need to record messages for each prospect. AI does it for you. It uses a sample of your voice for the variable and a manual recording of a generic main message to create the entire voice note. Pretty handy, right?

As good as its multi-channel capabilities are (and they really are good), if you’re looking to scale using the tool, LGM becomes quite pricey really fast.Â
Their Pro plan starts at €100(o yearly basis) per identity — meaning per profile on given social media, which adds up quickly when you’re managing large volumes of clients.Â
In contrast, HeyReach allows you to operate multiple LinkedIn profiles for outreach at a flat rate using their Agency and Unlimited plans.Â
For instance, let’s say I’m running a lead gen agency and doing outreach at scale, meaning multiple campaigns for multiple client companies—HeyReach's Agency plan would cost me $799/month for up to 50 senders (or LinkedIn accounts). In contrast, LGM’s Pro plan would cost $500/month if I choose yearly plan or 6000/month if I’m paying on a monthly basis. .Â
This is what I mean when I say it really stacks up as you scale.
Lead gen and enrichment
LGM boosts lead generation with multiple features. Its specialized finder uses decent filters to help you identify targeted leads.

It also offers four simple ways to import leads from different sources (CSV files, Sales Navigator, and previous mentioned CRM integrations are supported) to seamlessly integrate them directly into your campaigns.

Once the basic data is imported, LGM automatically enriches it by adding detailed information such as professional email addresses, job titles, company details, and social profiles using a multi-step process called Waterfall Enrichment.

But it doesn't enrich leads right away as you import your list, like HeyReach. LGM starts the enrichment process at the launch of a campaign and uses tools like Dropcontact, Hunter, and others to enrich profiles.Â

Though the LGM level of enrichment is much more advanced than HeyReach, when you compare the overall enrichment process, you see that HeyReach pulls LikedIn data faster, even in its basic plan.Â
Getting back to LGM, here are some of La Growth Machine’s enrichment features:
- Automatically verifies and updates email addresses
- Locates missing LinkedIn profiles using the lead’s name and company details
- Finds and adds Twitter handles for leads missing these details
LGM offers two types of email enrichment:
- verified emails — which are confirmed to exist, and
- suggested emails — which are probably based on known patterns.
By default, it only retrieves verified emails, with an accuracy rate of about 30% for large companies and up to 60% for smaller businesses.

Unified inbox
The LGM unified inbox is one place to view and respond to messages from all three channels.Â
This consolidated view really helps you save a lot of time going back and forth between different platforms. It also helps ensure that you don't miss out on any lead messages when switching from one channel to another, keeping your communication timely and active.
I especially like that once team members' LinkedIn accounts are linked, we can manage multiple ones and respond on each other's behalf, much like in HeyReach.
This feature is super handy because it allows us to run campaigns and handle responses for anyone who's busy or out of the office, all from one place.
You can also create a library of templates for quick communication and add media files to your messages to enhance outreach.
Plus, you can manually qualify leads by sorting them based on activity level and responses directly from the inbox. LGM then updates the lead list accordingly.

Another cool feature is that LGM detects OOO emails. When it encounters an OOO, it pauses outreach for that lead, automatically resuming the campaign three days after the lead is back. This saves your carefully crafted outreach message from going to waste.

Detailed analytics & solid integrations

When it comes to analytics, LGM gives you a solid view of all contact metrics, like open rates, click-through rates, response rates, and conversion rates for all three platforms.Â
Their analytics and reporting tools are pretty neat. You can visualize each step of the user journey, collectively and individually, for each lead.Â

It tracks every interaction, from the initial connection request to the final engagement, giving you a clear view of how each lead progresses through your sales funnel. This visibility makes it easier to identify any friction points.
This also helps to determine the ROI of different campaigns. By tracking which sequences and touchpoints drive the highest engagement, you can refine your messaging to optimize future campaigns and adapt successful strategies to weaker campaigns.
Coming to LGM integrations, its connections with CRMs for both lead synchronization and lead enrichment are pretty comprehensive.Â

‍
They automate lead scoring and task reminders to streamline your workflows. They also help personalize email campaigns, trigger follow-ups based on lead activity, and keep lead profiles up-to-date.
For example, when a lead downloads a whitepaper, their contact information is captured in HubSpot, and LGM automatically imports this lead data so you can initiate a tailored follow-up campaign directly from LGM.
The only difference from HeyReach I see is that in LGM you manually select which identity reports you want to see.Â

In HeyReach, the default setting shows you the progress for all identities, but you can still manually select individual ones to view their specific reports. Just makes analyzing a bit faster.

La Growth Machine pricing

Now that you know all that LGM has to offer. Let’s see what it’ll cost you.
- They offer a Free plan for 14 days, which gives users full access to all features except for custom sequences.
- The Basic Plan costs €60/month per identity and allows three active campaigns. Three members of your team can view and manage the account.
- The Pro Plan is priced at €120/month per identity and includes up to 6 active campaigns. You can have 25 team members, and it provides additional features like advanced integrations and multi-channel inbox support.
- The Ultimate Plan costs €180/month per identity, offers unlimited active campaigns, and can be managed by 25 team members as well. It includes all the features of the Pro Plan plus custom workflow capabilities, import from and integration with Pipedrive ad Hubspot, and priority support.
One thing that keeps sticking out like a sore thumb is that LGM charges per identity! And all three paid plans only have one identity. This means that you can only link one of each (LinkedIn, X, email) per identity.
Given LinkedIn's daily limits and the lack of an auto-rotation feature—which requires multiple LinkedIn accounts tied to the same company/brand for campaign to get meaningful results. Otherwise your LinkedIn prospecting and outreach is slower and restricted, and you need to purchase additional identity for every client’s employee to change this.
This can quickly increase costs, making it less scalable for larger teams or lead-gen agencies.Â
Also, AI content assistance, integrations, and custom sequences are only available in the higher-tier plans, meaning they aren't accessible to smaller businesses or those using the basic plans.Â
In contrast, HeyReach falls better on all three parameters. It offers a more scalable pricing model, includes integrations in all plans, and supports custom sequences across all tiers, meaning you get more for less.Â
Let’s discuss in a bit more detail what HeyReach offers and what it’ll cost you.
HeyReach - more cost effective La Growth Machine alternative
HeyReach focuses on scaling LinkedIn prospecting and outreach without sacrificing compliance.Â
Here’s how HeyReach’s offering differs from LGM.
Auto-rotation of multiple LinkedIn profiles for a flat rate
HeyReach allows you to use several accounts to send messages in one campaign. This means faster enrichment and quicker campaign execution, all while staying within LinkedIn's daily limits and reducing the risk of accounts being flagged.
More scalable and flexible pricing plans.

Though the HeyReach basic plan offer is quite similar to the LGM basic plan, it still gives you access to all integrations and features—even at the lowest tier at $79 per seat/month. Both are meant for small-scale outreach, though.
However, if you're an agency that excels with lead gen campaigns for multiple clients at once that demand qualitative segmentation and high-volume outreach, you’l have a blast with HeyReach’s pricing plans and functionalities specially tailored for agencies.
Just for starting — Agency Plan ($799/month) and Unlimited Plan ($1,999/month) support up to 50 LinkedIn accounts and unlimited LinkedIn accounts, respectively.
This allows you to scale your outreach confidently without worrying about rising costs or LinkedIn limitations.Â
Easier campaign management
It offers a clear advantage for teams handling large-scale outreach by tracking detailed metrics across potentially hundreds of LikedIn accounts in one unified view, streamlining data visualization for faster and better decision-making.
Unified inbox with advanced tagging and message filtering
The HeyReach Unified inbox is similar to the LGM inbox in many respects. All linked identities can be used to make teamwork easier. However, HeyReach offers a slight advantage with its more integrated tagging system.Â
While both platforms require manual input for tagging, HeyReach's workflow facilitates quick identification and follow-ups through its tagging and filtering setup. You can also set filters and reminders; for instance, if a lead doesn’t respond within a set timeframe on your LinkedIn outreach, the system will bring it to your attention.
In contrast, LGM tagging features are primarily geared toward organizing and streamlining conversations rather than detailed tagging or automated categorization of leads based on interactions.
